A welcome addition to the skyline of Sydney’s CBD, this 35,000 square metre 11-storey building established new benchmarks in environmental sustainability and workplace functionality, being awarded a 6-Star Green Star rating for Office Design and exceeds the 5 star NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) benchmark by 40%.

Green initiatives save over six million litres of water and two thousand tonnes of carbon dioxide per year. Arup’s structural and fire teams worked with the architect to achieve maximum floor space and safe egress, fire resistance and smoke control.

It has been recognised domestically and internationally for excellence winning several awards and has become a favourite landmark building among Sydneysiders.
